Thank you so much for expressing an interest in being a part of the 13:30 UHW focus group on the 15th November 2019, that I am running, to consider the causes of differential attainment, and how we can best work to close the attainment gap.
All junior doctors are welcome! Anyone who has an opinion on training and working in Wales. No prior knowledge of differential attainment is required.
The session will start with a short questionaire to help me understand your background - this is so that when I analyse our conversations I can look for patterns and help direct support in a more tailored way. The discuss of differential attainment will focus on what we have experienced working and training in Wales, what might be the causes of differential attainment, and how can we be supported to reduce the attainment gap.
I am really grateful to you for giving up your time. If you are unable to come to session I would appreciate it if you could email me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Looking forward to meeting you!
