The energy complex - putting consumers first

Posted on behalf of Energy UK Young Energy Professionals (YEP) Forum

Energy UK's Young Energy Professionals Forum with Alacrity Foundation are hosting a panel event on The energy complex - putting consumers first on 20th March in Cardiff.

The energy transition is pointless without truly understanding how we as consumers are interacting with our energy supply and what we expect and demand from it.
With rising energy prices becoming the norm, people are becoming more disillusioned with their energy suppliers than ever before. The energy sector needs to be thinking more about how energy is being used by consumers and what individual companies can do to improve customer experience. Energy-as-a-Service is a term that is being thrown around a lot but what does it really mean? And how are organisations looking to fill this gap in the market?

This event aims to discuss the topics surrounding customers in the energy industry and how different organisations are going back to the drawing board in order to put the customer first. We will hear from industry experts at both ends of the scale, from the big multi-nationals to the small and agile innovators, and find out what they think is important in this next evolution of the energy industry.

Following the panel discussion, there will be a drinks reception. Speakers are to be announced shortly for this CGI-sponsored event.

We look forward to seeing you there!
